SHOWINGS AND APPLICATIONS

Q: What units do you have available?

A: All of our currently available units are listed on this website. If it is still listed, it is still available. We add units as they become available, so check back often!

Q: I would like to view one of your properties for rent. How do I schedule a time?

A: All of our showings are scheduled online. This is a great benefit, as you can view a property at the time that works best for you ! Visit here to see the listings available for scheduling a showing.


Q: Do you charge for showings?

A: No way! Showings are absolutely free.


Q: Then why do you need my credit card information to schedule a showing?

A: This information is used solely to verify your information for a self-showing. We are going to let  you go view the property on your own at a time that works great for you, but first we want to make sure we know who you are.

Q: I scheduled a showing online and it told me that I would receive a verification, but I have not received it. What should I do now?

A: Be patient. Take some time to enjoy life! Sometimes the system takes a few hours to send out the verification, but it will. 


Q: Where can I fill out an application?

A: The application is only available on our website. See above where it says "Apply Now"? Click that to get started.


Q: Is there an application fee?

A: Yes, there is an application fee of $18. This is for the credit check, criminal history check, and the eviction history report. This fee is required to move your application forward. Until this fee is paid, your application will not be able to be reviewed.

Q: I don't have the best credit. Is there any point in me applying?

A: YES! Our system does not run soley on credit history (but that is part of it). We have an algorithm that weighs several aspects of your application to make sure you are a good fit for the property. 


Q: Will the application fee be refunded if I am not approved?

A: Sorry, but the application fee is non refundable. 

 

PETS

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Most of our units are open to pets, unless noted in the listing. Bring these animal friends along!

Q: What are the pet fees?

A: We charge a monthly pet fee per animal ranging from  $25 - $75 per pet depending on size and breed. Animals like fish, hamsters, and small birds are usually free. 

Q: Is that a one time pet deposit?

A: No, it is a monthly fee instead of an annual non-refundable deposit. It is required for the entire term of your lease whether you keep your pet(s) or not.

 

OTHER

Q: What utilities/appliances are provided?

A: On most of our units, all utilities and appliances are the responsibility of the tenant.
